Yesterday after work, I met up with my friend Nicole at the beach where we lounged under the …. clouds. This June gloom has kind of been killing me lately! It’s also been SUPER humid the past few days, so much so that it’s RAINED! Crazy talk. After grabbing dinner at La Sirena Grill right across PCH from the Montage Resort, we headed up to Top of the World to catch the sunset. Because of the crazy clouds, we thought it was going to be a promising colorful sunset as it was the past couple nights, but the fog bank rolled in a little too early.
Lately, I’ve really been craving an adventure. Not a few hour trip to San Francisco, but like a week long ADVENTURE in the mountains or something. I’m wanting to plan a trip to Alaska in September or October, and I’m really hoping that’s going to happen!
Every chance I can get, I’ve been going to the beach, going on a hike, or something to just take in nature and enjoy God’s beautiful creations. I want to challenge all of you to do the same, and BE EPIC!
