One of my New Years resolutions was to take better care of my body, which includes living a healthy & natural lifestyle. It definitely has a lot to do with what I eat, but also what I put on my skin. Since middle school or high school, I have had pretty bad acne, and have never found a skincare system that has been able to fully treat it. In a lot of skincare, there are so many chemicals that can be so harsh on such delicate skin, and can even make it worse.
