Last week, I met up with Ariel (@arielraee on Instagram) in Seal Beach to shoot some fun pictures! If you guys haven’t seen her work before, you definitely need to head on over to her profile because she’s amazing! And not only is she an amazing photographer, but she’s an awesome person in general!
As of now, I’ve been doing Herbalife for about two months and I’ve almost lost 20 pounds and I’m just about down 2 pant sizes!! It’s honestly gotten harder sticking to it over time, but I’ve had one or two shakes pretty much every day. I’ve also been trying so hard to stay away from sweets and baked goods because I have such a weakness for them and in the past, have had no self-control. Around my birthday I gave in a little bit and had a couple things, but other than that I’ve been really good!
I honestly can’t tell much of a difference looks wise, but I feel so much better. I have more energy and just feel slimmer! My jeans are even starting to fit looser! As a matter of fact, my Lucky Brand boyfriend jeans that used to be fitted and look like regular jeans are now super baggy on my and begin to fall down when I wear them!
