On our way up to Modesto for the wedding, we stopped in Santa Barbara (sadly, didn’t take any pictures there) and San Luis Obispo. I was seriously SO in love with the vibe of both cities. I’ve been to both before, but didn’t really appreciate them for what they are as much as I did last weekend. In Santa Barbara, we went to Backyard Bowls, which is an acai/smoothie bowl place that’s much like Banzai Bowls here in Orange County. I got the pitaya smoothie (which is hot pink!) and it was SO yummy!
We stopped in SLO just for coffee and a bite to eat. If you’re ever in SLO, you HAVE to go to Scout Coffee Co. One of my main drinks that I usually get is just an iced mocha, and I’m pretty picky about them. There are only a couple places where I’ve had excellent iced mochas, and this is now one of them! It was seriously SO delicious. Not only does Scout have great coffee, but the decor was adorable as well! It was super earthy & trendy, and I loved the glittered pinecones hanging in the window.
Ahh, to be in San Francisco again! This is one of my favorite cities, and it felt SO good to be back, even if it was just for a few hours. The first place we stopped at was Tartine Bakery in the Mission District. Once again, I got an iced mocha (I told you it’s one of my main drinks) and a chocolate croissant.

I wanted to be super comfortable not only because we were walking around a ton, but we also had a long 7.5 hour drive back home right after. Boho printed palazzo pants are the perfect solution for wanting to be comfy but still look stylish. It feels like you’re wearing pajamas when you wear them!
After walking around the Mission District for a while, we went to Twin Peaks, where you can see a brilliant view of SF.
One of the many pink houses I fell in love with.
I think one of my favorite places in SF is the Palace of Fine Arts. The architecture is so grand!
Before heading back home, we sat on the beach, and took in our last few breaths of San Franciscan air.
Till next time, San Francisco.
