Gift Guide for the Adventurer

Because I love traveling & adventuring so much and because it has become quite a fad/trend/whatever-you-want-to-call-it, I thought I would create a gift guide for the adventurer because we all have that one friend that’s always going on a hike, road trip, etc. I gathered together some things that I believe every adventurer/traveler “needs” for their trips.

Lifeproof Case, Free People Tank, Softcover Journal, Old Navy Boots, Mason Shaker Carry-On Cocktail Kit, Ultimate Travel Book, Old Navy Vest, Super-Wide Angle Phone Camera Lens

I have the pink Lifeproof case and I love it! It’s so perfect for any type of adventure, whether you’re hiking, swimming, or playing in the snow. It has seriously protected my phone from so much and has also helped me get awesome pictures underwater!

Something that’s currently on my wishlist is these duck boots from Old Navy. They’re the perfect waterproof boots for the snow or rain. I’ve also heard great things about the Sorel boots. They’re definitely a pricier option, but better quality.

Another great gift for an adventurer is the America the Beautiful The National Parks and Federal Recreational Lands Annual Pass (if they don’t already have one!). What’s amazing about this pass is that you can have two names on it, so you could even split it with your friend or family member! On my Arizona trip in September, my friend Chelsea and I split it so both of us can use it! It “is honored by all federal fee areas managed by the National Park Service, Forest Service, Fish and Wildlife Service, Bureau of Land Management, and the Bureau of Reclamation. The majority of proceeds from the America the Beautiful pass support vital park programs and help protect and improve Federal Recreation Lands” (backcountry.com). So while supporting your/your friend’s love of travel, you’re also helping out the environment!

Do you have a friend that’s an adventurer? What are you planning on giving him/her?
