When it comes to festival fashion, a lot of people go for the super standout pieces. But not me. I’m all about function and comfort, especially when you’re going to be walking around in the heat all day! I styled this outfit with function in mind. I’m a sucker for graphic tees, so I threw on one of my current favorites, and tied it at the waist to add a bit of shape. I just bought these crochet shorts at Target last week and it totally feels like I’m wearing pajama shorts! Talk about comfort, right?! Because you’re out late at night at music festivals, it’s important to have a layer that you can throw on to keep at least a little warm. A chambray shirt is great because you can tie it around your waist all day or roll it up and keep it in your bag.
FUNction is also what Hemlock Hat Co. is all about! Their hats have a wide brim which protecting your face from the sun, the inner cloth that offers more UV resistance, and the chin strap to make sure the desert winds don’t blow your hat away. However, you’ll notice I capitalized “FUN”… That’s because fun is a huge part of Hemlock Hats! They have so many different fun prints that are perfect for any occasion, whether you’re laying out at the beach, poolside, or adventuring through Joshua Tree they’ve got you covered. Literally 😉
So if you have plans of attending a music festival or just being outside, make sure to grab a Hemlock Hat to take with you!
Also, I’m attending Vestal Village with Hemlock Hat Co. during Coachella Weekend 1! Let me know if you’ll be there too 🙂
